Antique Irish Bog Oak Walking Stick. This is an antique Irish bog oak walking stick. Great shaft with carved shamrocks and Irish harp. From an extensive estate Shillelagh collection. The Irish bog oak walking stick has an attached horse head handle, believed to be bronze, possibly brass. Handle is about 3 ½" across at widest point and 3" high. The walking stick is about 35 long.

Very dense ancient bog oak. Relief carved shamrocks, Irish harp, deep veined leaves, snake tail, and surface carved texture.

Retaining its finish, with slight age and use wear. Nickel silver and iron tip.
